Right so not sure what the prosecution is going with this other than “Gee he lied” but maybe he jsut forgot or doesn’t know the law inside and out? I would like to see anyone else from that class to see if it was really taught “in detail” even though the law is new and wasn’t even in the class text book.
Interesting thought:
IF I fail a test, after I take a course, did I “lie” or did I just not listen well, in class?
Lots of stuff that that is “taught” is never really learned.

Or if in any mid term or final exam, a graded question was included to
show that students understood it , and could pass the test.
