I'm thoroughly p.o.’d at her for letting him get away with signaling to his witnesses what he wants them to say and simultaneously trying to send a message to the jury. He's been doing it throughout. Did you see him trying get across the claim that Z had punched M today at the end of the DNA guy's appearance? I've seen local judges subtly (and sometimes not subtly)jump down lawyers throats over that kind of crap.

Then I'm also mildly annoyed at Baldo’s mini-me agreeing with himself after each question, but that's more a stylistic disagreement.

Even a commentator on BOR last night said this is so obviously a put up trial. She mentioned the judge is an arm of the prosecution too. BOR said you don’t really believe that do you and she said the facts show it to me.
