I believe in the book written by GZ's friend, the author says that GZ told him that Tm "grabbed" the gun. So I think this is an attempt to show that GZ said something that was not true to his friend. However, when questioned on the stand, the friend admits that he did not record the conversation or take notes, that he wrote the book several months later, and that GZ may have said "grabbed for" the gun, not "grabbed" the gun.

This judge has on more than one occasion, limited the defense in their ability to present their case and properly defend their client. Yes, she has the responsibility to move this case along and yes, the jury is sequestered. In so doing, she is intentionally making the defense of GZ secondary in her priorities.
