Day 18 (Week #4) Zimmerman Trial – Witness Discussion Thread

Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.

Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues – A great recap is available HERE:

Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman – Things are about to get intense.

Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom™ and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.

Tracy probably will not testify – due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.

Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.

The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the State’s case.

So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand – O’Mara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.

The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.

Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.

According to her girls: Alicia Stanley – has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.

There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.

I can’t believe that the Court wouldn’t have thought of SKYPE and it’s limitations before this testimony. Wonder why they couldn’t have a TV camera and Satellite truck to have live testimony more clearly? (of course it would cost, but why wouldn’t you want to eliminate the SKYPE limitations?)

Thank You Dear. I didn't get to see all of her testimony. I did see her point it to the side (towards the jury) and she put her right hand on the grip, then switched to the left, while telling the Jury that she was doing it with the left hand so THEY COULD SEE BETTER. I could not tell if she pointed it directly at the Jury. I think only the people in the courtroom could tell if that was true. The camera views didn't give us much to go on, but the gun was pointed in their general direction, and the only 'safety' for the Jurors and everyone else in the courtroom would be the alleged LACK of a cartridge inserted into the magazine.

I say 'alleged' because there have been many, many incidents where a gun that was 'empty' killed someone.

Now discussing Crump’s deposition. Defense wants to take it on Thurs or Friday but Crump is only offering Sunday.

I witnessed two murders when I lived in New Orleans, and in either case, the perps cared not a whit about who saw them or didn’t see them, and in both cases they got away with it.

The judge is making the appeal process into a sure thing.

Except that you can't appeal an acquittal. The first test will be if the judge overrules a motion for a directed verdict. That would certainly point to the desire for a conviction, no matter what.

This judge could order Crump to be deposed on Thursday but she won’t. She is being a b***h because her railroad has to keep moving — so order Crump’s deposition for tomorrow.

Even IF there wasn’t one in the chamber, a round could have EASILY been chambered during a struggle for the gun.

Or during a demonstration by the 'gun expert' during a trial ?

Here's another OFFICIAL GUN EXPERT. He even states how much of a 'gun expert' he is , right before he shoots himself in the foot in front of a class full of students. He states that the GUN IS UNLOADED.
