Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand OMara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
It’s sad but true. I can’t pull myself away from following the trial but I know it’s going to lead to another headache for me when/if GZ convicted to appease the mob.
So Mantei, he uses police jargon when he should be using street jargon??? Is that what you’re sayin???
I feel the same way, I will feel more sick and outraged than anytime I can remember. Hopefully there will be one or two hold outs and at least hang the jury if they can’t acquit.
Prosecution is arguing that GZ course work allowed him the background to deceive the investigators. He knew the right things to say and told them what they needed to hear to let him go.
Even if he had the knowledge to tell the right lie to the investigators, it seems to me the prosecution still has to prove that he was lying.
” NO Treyvon autopsy report allowed?? Why?”
The ME would have to present it. No ME, no autopsy report.
yes and how weird the physical and eyewitness and circumstantial evidence backs up GZ’s made up story he gleaned from his community college course.
Who is that woman sitting in front of Mantei and what is that large white board she is holding???
Could that be a Mantei’s cue card??? his cheat sheet???
So, by that, if you’ve ever had “course work” - which many people have - of that kind, then it should be admitted in court so it can be argued that you are a clever liar in escaping justice for a crime.
Mind boggling.
This morning, her voice drips with contempt when she speaks to MOM.
The Hispanic guy will have to take one for the team.
Ironically, the celebration when he is convicted will cause riots anyway.
I need clarity: I guess the state is not going to call the ME, right? Can the defense call him or did the judge forbid it (I cannot believe this if so). The black funeral parlor owner lied about TM’s injuries so that guy should be called too.
And figures this wrong will be righted on appeal.
It’s outrageous but this entire trial is a farce.
Grasping at straws, isn’t it? And should not be allowed to substitute for proof that Zimmerman committed ANY kind of crime in this entire episode.
It normally wouldn’t make sense for the Defense to call the ME. They are defending the accused, not attacking the victim. But it would make a little more sense in this case but I bet the prosecution objects to the tox report.
You think? Oh I doubt that.
Thanks for the ping Uncle Chip.
