Today, July 3rd, is DAY #18 (of 4th week) State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Rather than recap yesterday, I want to draw attention to some issues A great recap is available HERE:
Yesterday, we got the first view on the horizon of the mud about to get slung by the State toward the character of George Zimmerman Things are about to get intense.
Also, the State probably wants the jury to hear Sybrina, TrayMom and tears, last in the line-up prior to the long mid-week holiday break - so heads up for her this afternoon.
Tracy probably will not testify due to his on-the-record lies now visible in evidence.
Remember, there is so much corruption in the assembly of this case you can expect the State to avoid the traditional witnesses brought by normal prosecutions.
The state has already won a pre-trial motion to bar the defense mentioning the absence of any witness from the States case.
So if the Seminole County Medical Examiner, or any LEO is not called to the stand OMara cannot mention it. M.E. = Trayvon Blood Tox. etc.
The Scheme Team has, in their desperation, blitzed the media and geography. Daryl Parks, and Jasmine Rand are doing as much Cable News as possible. Jasmine is the David Axelrod of their scheme. She is also a well skilled liar, and working hand in hand to assist and counsel with the State.
Jasmine is also simultaneously trying to coordinate the narrative of Rachel Jeantel with Rod Vereen. You now have: Natalie Jackson, Ben Crump, Darryl Parks, Jasmine Rand, and Rod Vereen all working together to protect their narrative.
According to her girls: Alicia Stanley has also been physically threatened and extorted to keep her mouth shut. They, all of them, are in full tactical combat operational mode to get their lynching money.
There is NOTHING they will not do. N.O.T.H.I.N.G.
female jurors tend to be more conviction centered.
hm, not skilled in the legalese, but the pros won a motion that prevents the defense from mentioning any witnesses NOT brought in by the State.
The real ME has not been called yet by either side. I think the Me at the time of the shooting is now somewhere else—another state—and yesterday, we had the substitute ME, who was wildly making inferences from reading a report—never having seen the actual body or performed the autopsy on TM.
Sounds to me like just another item to add to a list of grounds for appeal that's already as long as Zimmerman's arm.
Did anyone hear him say he wanted to teach the class from a practical standpoint, but yet he had very little practical experience??
May I offer another 'correction'...
Not only is Ignorance of the law is no excuse, Knowledge of the law is a crime.
At least, in Judge Nelson's court.
Understand that no ME no autopsy entered. Why no ME. What happen to ME. Sgt S already testified to exaistance of and we know from sunshine law it exists
Wait till defense?
This actually could be “flipped” by me, and I am not a lawyer.
MOM needs to use this as an opportunity to bypass the Judge and TEACH SELF DEFENSE LAW TO THE JURY!
So she will sacrifice the life of a man to protect her own? She needs to step down if that is the case.
I saw somewhere that the law was passed in 2005. Does anyone know in what year Z took this course?
Keep praying for GZ,MOM and West--they are up against it.
The State is really grasping at straws with this college course angle. What are they going to prove about GZ having a depraved mind for Murder 2; they just can't keep making stuff up!
Saying "We're late due to the daily ritual beating of defense counsel" would look bad on television.
No idea mama. I came in late, ran through posts and saw it wasn’t coming in. I am stunned. Can they even do a murder case without an autopsy and ME presenting the cause of death?
the instructor brought up SYG, according to him.
Witness gives a shout out to George. “How you doing George” WTF
Ah. I missed that part (having to do other things this am in between catching the feed, dang it).
Oops. West making a point, prosecuter objects, call to the bench. Objection will be sustained of course.
this witness is a JAG officer and Professor??? Do they have low standards?
West is using this witness to inform the jury about self defense.
West also pointing out that the term “Stand Your Ground” is not in the Florida statute.
