Can't post from Bloomberg, but here is the link:

I’m celebrating by putting a big-ass firecracker under 2600 symbolic pages of obamacare.
So when the GOP takes over the Senate and retains the House, Hussein can blame them when the whole moronic concept goes south..
I guess this means that the 16,000 IRS agents won’t be needed for a while?
Yeah, right.
F U B O!
This is a terrific question. What about the individual mandate and the exchanges that are supposed to be available this October?
Also:
How much has it cost to prepare for the roll out (within the nearest $100 billion will be close enough for my mind)? The states have been soaking up federal funds for the exchanges all year, and now...poof - delayed. Who in the hell is going to pay all of the agents and employees that have been added to get this done? Do they get to sit around with their thumbs in their asses for a year - not that it would be much difference?
politics,,that’s all...I doubt they are actually hearing the rumblings of disapproval from the people on this,,it’s all politics
I guess that sucka photo you posted was from someone who’ll sue us?
Do they get to sit around with their thumbs in their asses for a year - not that it would be much difference?
They’re pulling out all the stops to win the House in 2014. I wonder what figure the Dems put on donations to delay it.
Of course if the Rs put a mandate on individuals and didn’t on businesses the media would tear them up... but the media will just say good things about this.
Rush, in an interview on Fox an don his show admonished the GOP to go after Obama on Obamacare — it’s the most important issue. And, low and behold, the Obama Administration immediately removes the employer mandate. Talk about hitting a nerve!
The law as written allows the pres or HHS secretary (or whoever is supposed to set the enforcement date) to select the date of enforcement. Since they haven’t announced a date yet, they are free to change it (per the ACA provisions regarding this).
This is an obvious ploy for mid-term election votes as others have said though...
According to this report ... only postpones employer mandate. Individual mandate still there
http://www.humanevents.com/2013/07/02/administration-delays-key-requirement-in-health-care-law/
No, I posted it before, and it’s still in my roster. I guess they didn’t like the “sucka”.
TYRANNY: “Senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett cast the decision as part of an effort to simplify data reporting requirements.
She said since enforcing the coverage mandate is dependent on businesses reporting about their workers access to insurance, the administration decided to postpone the reporting requirement, and with it, the mandate to provide coverage.
We have and will continue to make changes as needed, Jarrett wrote in a White House blog post. In our ongoing discussions with businesses we have heard that you need the time to get this right. We are listening.
The House has not stopped him either. Nor have any Senators or the RNC made a stink about anything Unconstitutional.
In the scheme of things, what’s one more offense when we gets away with murder?
“...He can do - literally - anything he wants.
No one has the courage to call him on it.....”
Or course. They’re are scared spitless of PRISM because they’ve all got dirt. He has em right where he wants em.
Republicans, you have a GREAT ISSUE here....instead of kissing the Clown's arse on immigration, how about fighting against him?
>> Does that delay the taxes that go with it?
Good point.
>> Theyre pulling out all the stops to win the House in 2014.
And the GOP by way of immigration is working hard at losing 2014.
Employers need another year to fire people to accommodate Obamacare.
