You know what my ‘go-by’ always is? If the idiots on the left are saying something.....I pretty much am automatically assured that the truth is either the exact opposite....or somewhere in between. In this instance, it was the exact opposite.

I think you are correct. I’ve realized that I disagree with them on pretty much everything except sometimes what to have for lunch. And I think there is a reason for this:

Completely different foundational world views.

For starters, liberals tend to think man is basically good and just needs to be given the opportunity to prove it. Meanwhile, conservatives tend to see man as basically evil (all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God) and must be challenged to do the right thing.

Search youtube with the words Bill whittle ideas. That video sums it up better than anything I have ever seen.
