No shock there, I believe they have done that with every single one of their witnesses! They are insane!!!!
Frankly, this strategy of basically calling ALL witnesses, both prosecution and defense, during the prosecution’s case is an interesting strategy. I don’t think it is going well for them. It could result in a directed verdict, if the Judge thought she could survive the walk to her car in the parking lot after doing it.
Yes, I understand. They just come off as slightly unhinged! My question is: doesn’t the defense supply the court with their list of witnesses? Can the prosecution usurp that and call defenses’ witnesses?
I just don’t get what is really happening as there is so much fog surrounding this race baiting nonsense!
