Surely you are aware that Eschelon has recorded every voice or data call made since it was cereated many decades ago?

Don’t get me wrong. I’m not asserting that nothing is being recorded. I’m just saying that those of us at the phone company who were responsible for getting information to law-enforcement and other litigants sincerely believed that we did not have that info. If it is being recorded, I don’t think it is the service provider doing it. ;-)
