As Twitchy reported, Egyptians flocking to Tahir Square to protest Mohamed Morsis presidency on the anniversary of his inauguration are very unhappy with President Obama.
Weve reported that signs like this have appeared:

Good thing Obama has brought peace to the Middle East in Syria, Libya, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan. Time for another Nobel?

Many more pix at the link. The Egyptians are telling us to wake up...and they are absolutely right.
Funny how Obama supported all the regime overthrows in the Mideast/N Africa...except those that would get rid of Islamist regimes...I'm sure it's just a coincidence, of course...

A shame that we need the Egyptians to tell us what I have known since Jan 2008..but we have too many people in this country who love welfare and food stamps, they are locked into Obama’s agenda

‘’Obama supports terrorism’’. Wow. Is it me or does anyone else see the screaming irony in this? Egyptian Muslims, followers of(and sometimes they themselves engage in) a terrorist, who created a ‘’religion’’ based on terror are accusing a terrorist-supporter of funding terrorism. The mind reels.

Can someone tell me what our policy is in the Muslim world? We didn’t back the Iranian protests against Ahmadinejad. Obama jumped and demanded Mubarak be replaced when there were protests against the former government. Now we see massive popular opposition to Morsi, whose government we are arming with sophisticated American weapons. The Administration is making things go from bad to worse.

Hussein has switched sides in the WOT.
He is now arming Al Qaeda in Syria, among other things.

Regarding Germany and Obama; a friend who spends time in Germany and has many friends there told me something today that was quite interesting. You know that visit to Germany for his 2008 campaign where Germans showed up by the thousands to see Obama? Yeah, not so much. The Obama campaign hosted concert at that event with Germany's two most popular rock bands playing and it was FREE to all who showed up.
That explains the difference in crowd size between then and now.

It is so difficult to identity which, if any of the groups protesting in the ME the US should support that the best policy is usually to stay the heck out of it. But I expect those we’d want to support in Egypt are part of this latest round of protests.
Still, I doubt there is a practical way to identify and support them that isn’t likely to backfire and again aid those Obama already supports to our detriment.
No easy solutions over there.

Obama may have just been killing off the competition. A kind of "Blood Purge'', if you will. A bit of the "Night of The Long Knives''. Which by the way , happened today 78 years ago today.

We knew that at the time. The media didn’t broadcast it.

That sign from that first pic could honestly say:
“Wake up America! Obama supports a fascist regime in America!”
To: markomalley
American doesn't care. America thinks Obama is "cool." America is atoning for jim crow and slavery. These protesters are racists. The President of Senegal is an uncle tom. "Authentic blackness" means European rationalism and materialism, Communism, Darwinism, homosexuality, and a thoroughly secular legal system.
Shame on all these Egyptians and Africans for telling "real" Black folks what to think and for being puppets of the cracka'. [/sarcasm]

The mind reels. This being Alexandria, the majority of these protesters are probably Copts, with some moderate moslems and secularists thrown in.
Not that I'm in favor of secularism. Just don't want to be called a hypocrite.

Can someone tell me what our policy is in the Muslim world? The west set up the various dictatorships in Arab counties. Obama is undoing them to let Islam rule. After Syria, Jordon will be the next to fall.
