This prosecutor is actually trying to introduce an entire medical record into evidence. Can you imagine what the media (and who knows else) will do with that????

O’Mara apparently wants it limited to the info about the event in question, the same as testimony from the physician’s assistant.

I can’t imagine the judge won’t see this O’Mara’s way. Absolutely no reason everyone should see what’s in GZ’s medical record.

Nor can I imagine an honest prosecutor trying to do this.

There are laws that prohibit the use of medical records that are not relevant to the issue at hand. Since this is a public case the Judge has an obligation not to allow in any portion of the medical record which is not directly relevant to the prosecution's case.

The prosecution is simply not prepared and they have not done the due diligence necessary to designate the portions of the record they want admitted prior to the cut off of discovery.

I can't decide if the prosecution is deliberately blowing this case or if they are incompetent beyond belief.
