Understood...but we would need an expert evaluation of DeeDee to determine that and Judge Doobie will not permit that either.

The question at hand was more the issue of her declaration that she spoke Kreol.

You are correct because should the results be what we think they would probably be the judge would be required to reprimand the prosecution which would not be in the script.
