“Did defendant appear to be in shock?”
I expected defense to object, but they did not.
This is such a weak prosecution. I guess they want to prove “murder” because 10 seconds after shooting a guy in a fight you are not in “shock” and then the follow up, this witness never observed Zimmerman to look back at Trayvon Martin’s body.
Meanwhile, the witness said his impression of Zimmerman was, had been in a fight and was beaten.
I mean, geez, I’m thinking the prosecution actually has to PROVE a murder.
Right? Who is some random guy neighbor to diagnose if someone is in “shock”, that’s a real medical condition only medical personal can determine.
