I think that West has reserved the right to re-call her as a defense witness so if he does maybe he’ll have those interpreters. Or maybe he could get the old white woman from Airplane. I expect that Judge Doobie will deny that out of hand...we cannot have anything that gets to the truth regarding DeeDee.

Right or wrong if the judge has perceived DeeDee to be developmentally disabled, she may work to protect the witness from self incrimination.
