Will always remember Frank Rizzo letting the rioters know that he would have police stationed at strategic points authorized to use force to protect property and law abiding citizens.

Affect, it kept things to minor occurrences.

Love him, or hate him, Frank protected the majority and let the minority know there would be consequences for their actions.

I cannot cite source, but I heard a commentator speak to the position of TM’s hands - something about GZ possibly had moved TM’s arms after he had had shot him.
