Do you really have to become so offensive? I do have an idea of what I am talking about. In the state where I live a medical provider can not release or testify to the contents of medical records even under subpoena without written consent from the patient.

You are absolutely WRONG.
You are not being honest, or you are simply ignorant.
However, there is no State in the Union in which any medical authority would be able to ignore a valid subpoena for medical records without risking contempt of court and even possible criminal prosecution.

I have no patience for idiots who do not want to be educated and who continue to make false statements.

You are WRONG, and there is no way to wiggle out of your error.
