I can't decide if the prosecution is deliberately blowing this case or if they are incompetent beyond belief.

I'm thinking it's a combination of both. They are dreadfully incompetent...because they have no case to work with, yet they chose to prosecute ANYWAY. At this point all they can do is blow the case and make it appear like incompetence.

I've been lurking on the threads for days now, and although I hadn't followed the case before as diligently as some...

Based on the evidence shown so far, I can't believe the State brought a case in this matter.

A young man is dead, and it's a shame. However, putting this man in fear of his own life... with such shoddy evidence... that's not just a shame. It's immoral.

I can't help but believe that except for the racial politics in play, this case would never have come to trial.

I don’t think they CHOSE to prosecute. I think they were FORCED to prosecute.
