“Why would any prosecutor put on that witness knowing what was coming?”

My belief (and that’s all it is) is that the prosecution has been put on no-uncertain-terms notice by the DOJ that they prosecute this case or they will most seriously regret it.

IMO there’s very simply no probative evidence in this case...a person sees what they (choose to) see.

Maybe because the prosecution knows the jury, let’s face it, they ain’t exactly Freepers.
