yes, you have to be careful drafting and not just do some crappy cut and paste. If nothing else, legal docs should be correct.

I used to review civilian warrants for certain legal requirements before the civilian leos could arrest our soldiers. If they weren’t up to par, they got sent back.
That is all that has happened here, the US patched together some garbage and emailed it to Honk Honk but it failed to pass muster.
