The 911 dispatcher, Sean Noffke, testified that he had advised Zimmerman not to follow Martin.
That is a big hit to the defense. Zimmerman’s lawyer better explain why it does not matter what the dispatcher says or Zimmerman is sunk! I have always thought that was the biggest mistake that Zimmerman made....not listening to the good advice of the 911 dispatcher.
And, you have NO evidence that Zimmerman did not listen to the dispatcher.
The tape clearly shows Noffke told him “we don’t need you to do that”...he never advised him not to follow Martin. Frankly there is inconsistency even with the idea he did not want him to follow St. Trayvon because he kept asking where is he now or what is he doing.
Regardless of whether he followed him or not or whether he was told not to do it, the timeline confirmed by various witness accounts demonstrates that Trayvon ( I know how difficult this is to those who believe he is a St.) confronted Zimmerman, asked why he was following him and the results were that he began pummeling Zimmerman. It is hard to retreat when someone is on top of you (eye witness testamony to that) beating your skull into the cement. Zim fired one round after yelling for help to no avail.
