Sure the Obama WH is upset.
Hillary was no more than “the face” of foreign policy, while the WH called all the shots, set all the policy and all Hillary had to do was travel to collect her thousands of photo-ops as proof of her “street creds” in foreign policy - though she effectively had ZERO, ZILCH, NADA to show for any accomplishment of hers while she sat in the sec of state chair.
Of course all the global glad handing of Hillary was really glad handing of Billary, to further their duel retirement jobs of selling their influence to global buyers.
