uh......uh.....um....... alright, I’m lost.
Well, don’t take this jargon seriously. It is liberal libertinism. Note especially the comment “their waning social conservative sour pusses.” That pretty well solidifies the writer’s prejudices. Sarah is certainly not a sourpuss. Lots of libs are though. As are most libertarians. Color him jargonesque, not quite rational.
Congress is in low esteem, but most people favor their own representative.
