The Colorado Civil Rights Division has ruled an elementary school discriminated against a transgender 6-year-old child by barring her from using the girls' bathroom.
KDVR reports the New York-based Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund announced the ruling Sunday, and said they would hold a news conference Monday to explain the decision in the case of Coy Mathis, who was born a boy but identifies as a girl.

Coy is NOT the one in his mother’s arms. She is the Special Needs child that was getting all the attention Coy now gets. Coy gets ALL the attention now.
When is this court going to rule that a gorilla is a giraffe?
So what about the little girls who have to share their bathroom with this nut case? Don’t they have civil rights too?
What scares me in addition to the crazy parents is the fact that some “civil rights” commission is out there making decisions like this.
OK. Here is another wrinkle in this story. The fact that girls’ bathrooms are always busier than the boys’ bathroonms because it takes girls/women longer to do their natural bathroom functions. So of this child has a boy’s plumbing, he is able to stand up and quickly do his job, while taking up the toilet space for the girls who are always waiting in line!
Is this fair to the girls??????
If I had a daughter, I would do a study of the school’s bathroom turnover times, and present it to the school district. It is blatant discrimination against normal females to inject this person into their bathroom space which is limited, and also to have him/her in their space which should be private area for females.
What is to stop this person from assaulting a girl inside the room when he/she gets older? Who is going to monitor the bathroom when he/she is in there with the other girls?
I guess Coy sits to pee but the school should make him clean up the seat if he sprinkles

Transgender 6 year old means that someone put a minor on the operating table and chopped off a functioning organ and/or grafted a fake one.
Mutilation. How is this different from middle eastern genital mutilation?
If I recall correctly, unless you are taking a dump, it’s faster and easier for people with boy parts to use a men’s (boy’s) bathroom. (S)He is just making life difficult for (her/him)self.
Only if they are members of a politically-protected class such as racial or sexual minorities, and being a member of either of these classes in good standing requires a shrill, hard-Left worldview on the part of the applicant. Normal, healthy and sane Ladies or Gents do not have a voice unless that voice if from the hard Left, and they are required to happily embrace all assaults against Western traditions and Civilization.
Failure to cheer for and actively support all manner of perversion, indecency, cultural destruction and decay will result in being shrilly labeled a racist, bigot or homophobe and the "offender" will have his or her career, family and life destroyed.

If I had a little girl in that school, I’d pull her out before she had to share the bathroom with a little BOY! Why is the minority of one always given all the rights and the majority have none anymore?
Stuff like this was one of my arguments against the homosexual legislation, etc. Where will it end, I’d ask my liberal friends? Of course they scoffed, would never happen, besides it was all about “fairness”
Now look at the next “Frontier” 6 year olds and gender mis-identity and use of opposite bathrooms

I’d pull my little girl out and enlist as many parents of other girls in the entire school district to do the same. Make the school district decide who is more important; one confused little boy or half the student body.
Eagle Side Elementary in the Fountain-Fort Carson school district is where this is taking place.
That is *exactly* what this is and the parents need major psych help.
