The video did come from a local news service. I was mistaken when I talked about it being a POLICE CAR CAM VIDEO.

Sill, there was almost 2 minutes missing.

Maybe there was nothing to see, but what was the reporter DOING or LISTENING to on the police radio during that time?

Another 'unknown', like WHERE WAS HASTINGS just prior to his 3am Sidestreet Racing Career ?

Some one knows. If it was a bar, or a friend's place, why haven't we heard from them ?

I read a comment about that missing 2 mins; supposedly he was at a gas station when Hastings car was filmed going by, and his dashcam filmed it.

But my question is: did he replay the segment before going to the crash, or after? Sounds like he got the crash info from the scanner, but why’d he make such a torturous bunch of turns to get to it, if it was straight ahead on the same blvd? I can’t quite understand what the scanner’s saying. Too much ‘noise’.

I’d just guess that no one has come forward yet because they don’t want to be targeted, too.
