See, Obama has been breaking the law SO much in the USA, he thought he could get away with it in a foreign land.

Guess not.

With all his "supposed" brilliance and all the "supposed" top legal advisors this administration couldn't get an extradition request prepared properly?! Gee, why didn't Obama just sit down and talk with them? He claims that is the way to solve all international disagreements.

Our national embarrassment of a "president" has just been embarrassed internationally. Smack down!

..because a U.S. extradition request did not fully comply with Hong Kong law..

When the chips are down those swell fellas up in Beijing decide what "Hong Kong law" is.That's the world's worst kept secret today.Well, that and how many Botox injections Bella Pelosi's had.

My bet is still on Iceland. I don't think he'll even leave the airport in Moscow. Once he's on the jet to Iceland he's home free.

The population is only about 350,000, and a lot of them look like this girl's sister.

The CIA and FBI will have a hard time getting a "special rendition team" into that little country unnoticed.

Why do I get the impression that the Obama administration really doesn’t WANT him back. But...for public consumtion they will make a big show of “doing everything” they can to get him. His testimony might not be flattrering to teh White Hut, the NSA, and others!

Perhaps the single best collection of posts on any thread ever at FR. Kudos to y’all.

As for the interchange: ”For once I’m actually rootin’ for the Russkies,”
followed by, “I have found myself doing that more and more lately. I guess we have to understand that things, people, cultures, and countries can change. Ours certainly has,” . . .

I couldn’t agree more.

On one level, I could say that any enemy of the US government - who have declared me to be their enemy - is at least potentially a friend of mine, making the distinction between the US government and the American people.

OTOH, the culture itself has been so corrupted by the Communist Long March Through the Institutions that I don’t even resonate much with anybody here anymore, and it doesn’t even feel like my country.

Are the Russians or the Chinese going to treat people like you and me any worse than our own government is clearly planning to? At least the “final solution” would not have the added pain of being a betrayal by our own government.

Snowden is like a big piece of poop, and the world is rubbing it in Obama’s face...

Scary is that too many are supporting Obama on the NSA citizen spying

I got a kick out of watching all the talking heads on the boob tube this morning trying to figure out how Snowden could travel into other countries without a passport . . . I laughed because the United States has accepted millions across our border with Mexico without passports!

"Putin always seems almost eager to stick a finger in the eye of the United States - whether it is Syria, Iran and now of course with Snowden," Schumer told CNN's "State of the Union."
...cause he knows Obama is a pussy and can be pushed around. They are laughing at us harder every day!...that's what happens when you have a community organizer as President.
