They say Trayvon was screaming “I’m begging you” on the tape and that it implicates Rodriguez, but what if Trayvon screamed it AFTER he had been shot? Instead of “begging” not to be shot, he could have been begging for help saving his life.
Because the claims of what was said on that tape don’t pass the laugh test, and Zimmerman’s expert witness will say so. There’s no proof, and no real reason to believe, that Martin ever screamed anything. And no reason to believe the prosecution’s credential-free “expert” when he says he can hear, or get a computer to detect with substantial probability, and articulated speech in those screams.
As I recall from hearing the tape several times, all the screaming preceded the gun shot.
"They" are morons, knaves, or both. Nobody can say if the voice heard in the background of that 911 call was Trayvon Martin or George Zimmerman by listening to the tape. This was proven in court by the testimony of a defense witness who demonstrated that the methods of the states so-called experts was absurdly flawed. One of them attempted to pass of an 8-bit file padded with zeros as a 16bit file and even emphasized how important it was to his ability to determine that it was Martin on the tape that the data was 16 bits. Moron, as I said.
The testimony of these two jokers in court would be in fact condoning a fraud upon the court. This judge may not mind being called biased, but she won't like being labelled a moron by the appeals court.
