With the way the media made the little punk seem, you can bet the Prosecutor will double that.
He can’t get into Trayvon’s character without opening the door to a whole bunch of evidence the prosecutor doesn’t want the jury to know about. He also can’t use “profiled” in his open. I fondly hope the defense will object every time he says “iced tea” too.

An Older White Liberal Gal that I know who thinks Zimmerman is GUILTY is thrilled with the all Woman Jury.
She was a bit miffed when I referred to Zimmerman as a Political Prisoner, just like the guy who made the infamous Video that sparked the Benghazi murders.
She was really upset by my calling the little darling Trayvon a punk who would have met the same fate if he was sitting on top of me pummeling my face and head into the Concrete.

White female jurors will not need to be shown the pictures of Martin to understand that he was a thug.

Agree. I think white women (if I may generalize) are predisposed to be afraid of angry young black men. A “law and order” young Hispanic man may move their sympathies. I think he’s got a pretty good chance of walking. (I will add that I hope Z does walk, since I believe T was doing his best to beat out Z’s brains on the sidewalk.)
Unmarried women with children, are a big part of why we have Obama. Still married women with children, not so much.
I think the fact that the jury is ALL women will in itself be grounds for appeal...apparently, it is very, very unusual to have only one gender represented..

They don’t need to show pics of Trayvon. If they are allowed to show that video of Trayvon buying his Skittles and Watermelon Iced Tea at the 7-11, I think Zimmerman has an excellent chance of getting off.
Adding that sexism, racism, and/or any other type of bigotry should have no place to live in the minds and hearts of conservatives. We believe in the individual forst, don’t we?

Certainly the defense would be justified in objecting to the phrase "iced tea" as being a known lie, but what should they suggest as the prosecutor's motive? Insisting that the prosecutor use "watermelon drink" might come across as trying to associate Trayvon Martin's choice of beverage with a racist stereotype. I would think that if the prosecutor persists in trying to use "iced tea", the defense attorney should ask that a correct term like "beverage" be used. The defense attorney wouldn't have to come across as trying to over-stress the point that it's "watermelon drink" in particular--he could merely say that a prosecutor who speaks falsely on a matter where the evidence is clear and uncontested shouldn't be trusted to speak truthfully about anything else.
