The guy was probably going twice that fast. You can’t build a car that will change the laws of physics.
The witness to it said the car “jack-knifed”. I’ve seen semi- trailer rigs do that, but never a car or pick-up. The engine & tranny wound-up 100yds away. A palm tree is soft and spongy. No way an impact would have done what the film clip shows. Too freaky for an M-B.
I think the accident was rigged, as ‘payback’ for what he did to Gen MacChrystal.
