That’s perfectly understandable for kids, because they are in the process of learning right from wrong and need to figure out where all the lines are.
Normal adults avoid these idiots like the plague because they readily perceive the morons as unteachable and looking to attract trouble and outrage. Thus, the children-by-choice must ratchet up the anti-social behavior until someone stops them.
