Since when has a RINO ever known he was being played? It’s almost the definition of a RINO.

He's not being played. He's playing GOP voters. The RINO's are saying that GOP voters can't get 'em all. The way to counter that was illustrated a while back in the movie "Stand by Me", where the protagonist, Gordie, who was armed with a gun, was surrounded by a large group of bullies, just as GOP voters are being swarmed with RINO office holders:

Ace: Come on, kid, give me the gun. You must have gotten some of your brother's good sense.

Gordie: [quietly] Suck my fat one, you cheap dime-store hood.

Ace: [mocking] What are you gonna do, shoot us all?

Gordie: No, Ace. Just you.

We need to make an example of Rubio at the polls.
