Rubio is a desperate liar. He’s tossing out whatever lies to whatever groups to see what can stick, what stupid people are willing to believe.
Every reason he’s listed for this are lies. How anyone can believe him, is crazy. You have to ignore the fact they are idiotic and just simply rather want to believe him due to irrational emotions.
