Today, June 14th is DAY #5 of the scheduled State of Florida V. George Zimmerman case.
Continuing jury selection. Yesterday the Court continued its preliminary questioning of prospective jurors, moving through 10 candidates by the end of the day.
The biggest event of the day, however, occurred shortly after the lunch recess when Judge Nelson’s announced from the bench that she would be ordering the sequestration of the jury for the duration of the trial,.
She based this decision on the fact that both parties agreed the trial was likely to take two to four weeks, as opposed to the four to six weeks that many had anticipated.
It appeared that she had been inclined to sequester the jury if the sequestration period was not to be too long. With the agreement on the likely shorter duration of the trial, the balance swung in favor of sequestration.

Deputies escort dismissed George Zimmerman juror from courthouse
A previously dismissed potential juror in the George Zimmerman second-degree murder trial was escorted off courthouse property by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office on Friday and warned he could be arrested for trespassing if he returns.
SCSO tells Local 6 they “trespassed one of the dismissed jurors” from courthouse property.
The potential juror, 55-year-old unemployed painter and guitar player Jerry Counelis, was eliminated from the jury pool on Wednresday after defense attorneys found a posting from him on a Facebook page from 2012.
This guy should have never made it this far!

Yes, he is an idiot! Only a moron would think FB isn’t public information.
I like this kid. He seems very likeable and is straight forward and not deceptive. But after this trial he still has to go back into the black community and have a life which will be at risk if he votes for acquittal. It is unfair for the state to do this to him or any of the other potential black jurors.

School G-87 works at is likely right across from Retreat at Twin Lakes, she could see impromptu memorial to Trayvon, bus pilgrimages there.
They seemed to have stopped questioning her for a long time now...are they done with her?
