I feel that Texas, NM and Arizona should secede, or at the least practice nullification on this and set up their own border security if this passes.
Also, the southwestern states would do well to cease any and all federal programs, welfare, EBT, Medicaid, etc to reduce some of the bait for the flood of illegals invaders.
(I am not against legal immigration of good, moral, like-minded,hardworking folks with traditional Western Civilization values. Just don't want the whole of South America, including any Muslims who have slipped in, drug dealers, communist agitators from Venezuela,in addition to just millions of folks who don't understand the basics of responsibility of living in a Republic etc, etc. flooding into our country.)
Respond by [hopefully preemptively] declaring a state of invasion — if two or more do, then the passage of this bill is giving aid and comfort to enemies of several States and therefore unambiguously fits the definition of treason. Then, any 'Aye' vote is grounds for charging that Congressman with Treason, and any enforcement action by the executive branch would be Treason, and the Supreme Court declaring that the actions are invalid would be... you guessed it, Treason.
