"Earned legalization is not amnesty," Ryan said during a forum on immigration sponsored by the National Association of Manufacturers. "I will debate anybody who tries to suggest that these ideas that are moving through Congress are amnesty. They're not. Amnesty is wiping the slate clean and not paying any penalty for having done something wrong."
Ryan pointed to provisions baked into the Senate bill from the beginning that require those in the United States to pay a fine, back taxes, undergo background checks and enter a years-long probationary period before earning citizenship, a process that can take up to 15 years.
"That," Ryan said, "is not amnesty."

The term "earned legalization" is such a non-sensical farce one doesn't need to go any further. But he is right about one thing.
The immigration is not amnesty, it is numerous amnesties: amnesty for illegal entry, amnesty for document fraud (s), amnesty for illegal use of SS numbers, amnesty for lying on job applications, amnesty for lying in many cases where the true identity is hidden, amnesty for driving without a license, amnesty for failing to pay all taxes, and who knows how many other amnesties for other crimes.

* They don’t have to go back to their home nations.
Yeah, they are rewarded with citizenship because they broke the law.

Also, please explain why the so-called "Sanctuary Cities" are tolerated and even encouraged by state and local governments, as their very existence would seem to be in direct violation of the Constitution, as well as a violation of your sworn oath to uphold and defend the Constitution.
Senator, why is it unreasonable to conclude that we are no longer a Constitutional Republic or that all of this is just for show, to keep the sleeping giant soundly sleeping?

Ryan turned out to be just another snake in the grass. Conservatives have no representation at the federal level whatsoever. Immigration is nothing more than a bargaining chip politicians use to bribe big agra, big chicken, and big hotel. We are shit to them, and the sooner we come to grips with that, the better.

The immigration process begins in the home country of the would be immigrant not in the host country after having illegally crossed the border. To imply that “immigration” has anything to do with illegals is a code-word for Amnesty and to refuse to admit that is just OUTRIGHT dishonest.
