If you're not prosecuting the parents, it's hard to make the case that the children are victims. Seems the only debt "owed" to the dreamers is owed to them by their parents.

If they are college age now, that must mean they were brought into the US illegally at least 10 years after I started screaming to tighten up the borders.

Seems a bit counterintuitive to now say I owe a debt to the very fruits of the crimes I tried to stop.
