Why are people clamoring about the Constitution when they are fully aware Gov. and decision makers are not operating according to it???? That is simply reality...the only time agendas are curtailed is via lawsuits and then the Constitution is raised.

As for Snowdens revealing his stuff...it has already affected the terrorists who are changing their mode of communication...in other words...what NSA and other Intelligence agencies had a handle on...are broken. So yes he affected Nat’l Security.....for they've spanned out all the further...

I'm not sure the citizenry ARE aware that this Guv and syndicate of power routinely operate un-constitutionally. They actually believe it is a benevolent force, "looking out for the folks." IF it were, 40 million Mexican wouldn't be swarming within the US border and posing with 0dinga at SOTU photo-ops.

Sorry. NO SALE. What's "broken" is the 4th Amendment AND any notion that the NSA has indeed been concentrating on TERRORISTS (like the Boston Marathon Chechs)...instead of wasting resources and creating dossiers on innocent American citizens.
