I have defended only the 4th Amendment not Snowden. I very clearly stated he is a criminal. Regardless, bringing Alex Jones into the discussion is preposterous.

Snowden is in Hong Kong because one doesnt go up against the intelligence agencies of a world superpower and then stay within their jurisdiction.
He broke the law by revealing classified information to the media instead of seeking whistleblower status. That makes him a criminal under U.S. law. However, one can understand why he might not trust the government to protect him as a whistleblower. He chose to present his case to We The People. I for one am listening and hear him out.
Did you not see the video of NSA operatives saying that Snowden should be disappeared? One doesnt punch a bully in the nose and then stay in arms reach. Surely you can understand that, right?
