France doesn't want that queer crap either. Who would have ever thought the U.S. would be so far behind the times. Compared to other countries, we're becoming the neanderthals.
The other countries are quickly becoming more socially advanced than we are. They "get it" when it comes to queers and austerity.

In France they just passed a national homosexual marriage law, thus all the protests. I wouldn't say we're behind the times, but we're catching up to Europe quickly.
