Why do people feel they can use the internet for anything but working at work. Looking at the news at work should be illegal. The NIPR Net is a government owned system. Nobody should be reading the news at work.

I woudl imagien soem of the job descriptions in washington and perhaps even hte military, woudl be to scour the news- Certainly it would be required of soem job positions in the guovormnent- and I woudl think it woudl be too for militarty to try to keep pace with what the enemy might be up to, what is beign reported that might affect militray safety etc-
