Look at what you wrote and take a deep breath and think a moment: is an order to "keep things secret" valid if the 'secrets' involve murder? Moreover, is such an agreement binding when the other party [government] has specific ans explicit constraints placed upon it goes ahead and violates those constraints?
The whole PRISM thing is a violation of the 4th and 6th Amendments. Likely the 6th, too, as the government is building a case against you w/o informing you of the charges.
