What is that service that Limbaugh promoted for email service without being spied upon (at least commercial spying)

That just means they are not scanning your email to look for ways to advertise to you. For example, in a Yahoo email I mention to someone that I found some fabric and will sew a shirt for my daughter. Suddenly I’m getting ads from JoAnn’s fabrics. Your server is whatever ISP you are on, that all of your data passes through. Mine is Verizon.

Why is there no info on what they charge? I read most of the material without seeing what the charge for using this service is. Info about what is permitted - but no mention of the price?
