Mark had this up on his web page back around 2008-9 (?) for a book he'd dedicated in memory to his brother. At the time, we didn't know if that was a clue he dropped for the world to see or what but I nearly fell out of my seat when I first saw it. A few years later, he changed it to another picture of them that was either taken at the same seating or it was another seriously bad photoshopping. Whatever the new picture meant, I don't know, but it was simply horrible of them both because they were so distorted or simply one of those family pictures you only bring out when you want to torture your brother. Or it could have been posted to support Dreams (75% lies) where hussein/Ayers writes about going to Kenya and sister Auma (iirc, it's been a while and can't keep up with the current hoopla) plays tour guide and an old villager freaked out because he thought barry was David's ghost. David was the one who died while riding brother Roy's motorcycle while Roy was in jail. Odd thing about David is his birth and death dates and most anything about him is almost impossible to find and I still don't know if Fred et al have the correct dates. Throw in the scars on barry's head and it really becomes tin foil-y.
This is the only non-toddler pic of David. If it is really him and I have my doubts.
Those two are supposed to be toddler barry which looks just like toddler "David" to me.
Do a search for all the family pictures that are suspected to be photoshopped. You'll find tons. Stanley and Sr. with the leis is loaded with anomalies.
