The idea that one side can avoid criticism simply by appointing or electing female and/or minority office holders is invalid on its face.

A state whose office holders cannot be criticized cannot be a Republic, nor can the rule of law operate under those conditions. Therefore, one of the following must be true:

1. Females and minorities must be equally as criticizable as males and non-minorities, or
2. Females and minorities cannot hold office, or
3. The government is a tyranny and not a republic.

The logic is irrefutable.
