C'mon FReepers- in this case someone is going to die. Either the little girl will die without the lungs or some adult will die without the lungs.

As long as you can get yourself a news story, you jump to the front of the line? It's an awful thing for ANYONE who dies before being able to obtain a transplant but I don't want the government to pick and choose at their discretion.
