Yes, the Government will insist that the rule is based on what the science and the “doctors” say, just not what HER doctor says. Of course, if she were pregnant and wanted an abortion, Sebelius would issue an exception without hesitation.
If she were pregnant, Planned Parenthood would just “take care of it” without appropriate parental notifications. The only decision females can make without govt intrusion under obamacare is a decision for abortion and contraception. All health care decisions will be based on federal rules and regulations. Republicans have never called out obama for his repeated lies that obamacare strengthens a woman’s ability to make health care decisions without interference between her and her physician. Obamacare actually demolishes the “right to privacy” established by Roe by inserting the feds into nearly every aspect of healthcare. But no one calls him out for it. And so far, I don’t think anyone has challenged it in court on that basis.
