As I understand it he was not arrested for the film, but for a parole violation.
That's the story, but it stinks to high heaven. How can legally changing his name constitute a crime? I doubt any LEO would want us or anyone actually to see the actual legal conditions of his parole.
He was jailed on trumped up charges because he exercised his freedom of speech and the koranimals complained, pure and simple.
