Yes, the home farmer. The legislation didn’t pass. If it had, the homes of such farmers may have been raided along with other facilities on their places.

The Food Safety Act passed in 2010. The law hasn’t gotten to the small farmers yet, but it will. They are starting with raw milk, since the public is easily scared by that one. Then they will move on.
