[Click Link for Video] It's very simple: In his warrant application, Holder claimed to be interested in investigating James Rosen as a coconspirator in an espionage case. In addition, he claimed Rosen was a "flight risk," which would justify even closer monitoring.
Now he says he never had any intention of prosecuting Rosen. In other words: He now says he lied when he told the judge these things, in order to secure his license to snoop on Rosen.
Well, which is it? If he never had any intention of prosecuting Rosen, the warrant application is a fraud on the court.

The subpoena is based on a lie. In the Hearing, Holder essentially admitted it was a lie. Getting a judge to issue a subpoena based on knowingly false claims is undoubtedly a felony.
More and more, it appears that Holder lied when he said that he “didn’t remember the supboenas against journalists. That also means that there were likely many more than the ones against FOX News and the AP..So, when Obama spoke to him about it, did Holder lie to Obama?..or does Obama know, and condone, that there were many more instances..
You know, anything beginning with “Did Eric Holder lie...” is pretty much always going to be a rhetorical question.
A scandal is like a fine wine. You don't rush its development. Look at the spectacle of NYT and CNN blowing off Holder's lame offer of an off-the-record press conference. It looked weak when he suggested it, as if he had something to hide, and then they humiliated him. Now this.
I have no idea what the eventual consequences will be, but let's just say this wasn't in the plan. I worried initially that the IRS nonsense and this seem to have begun as an attempt to distract from Benghazi-gate, but at the same time, they expose 0bummer's methods, and make malfeasance in the Benghazi matter look more credible. Perjury—not good, Kemosabe.
So was he lying then, or is he lying now? Seems to be the question. Can he be in more trouble for lying to the judge or lying to Congress?
A fraudulent statement by an officer of the court on a request for warrant can get you disbarred.
His State Bar should be advised.
Anyone can file a complaint and start an investigation. The more complaints, the more likely it will result in the referral for an investigation.

If he lied to get the subpoena, he also violated Rosen’s civil rights.
This lap dog’s bone is all chewed up. Doing the bidding for this REGIME has it’s consequences. Like Jail.
Good call. Further yet, the Affadavit is a sworn document. Besides the fraud he is looking at Sworn Falsification, Obstruction of Justice,etc... That should pull his Law Licence immediately.
I don’t have a link but seem to recall Judge Lamberth was the Judge in the Clinton email scandals. Keep pushing the issue down the road and then Clintons said “Everything has been destroyed”. Same thing Ms. Jackson was caught for recently but not charged.
Serious question: Why can't it be both? We know he lied about being involved in getting the warrant, and we re pretty certain he lied to the judge about the flight risk and prosecution. Seems to me it was both.
