Tazers are mostly nonsense. Only about 25% are strongly affected by them.

Law enforcement grade Tazers are strong enough to cause NMI (which would cause the woman to drop both the knife and scissors) in nearly everyone UNLESS they are having a psychotic episode (usually drug induced).
I'm still trying to figure out what you meant when you said you'd tuck and roll. I have to suspect that you don't know what you're talking about based on your outright lack of knowledge. Simply throwing out some slang and false statistics isn't a substitute for fact.
